Aurumexa Watches is a premium watch brand based in Kibuli, Kampala, Uganda. We source and sell watches directly to customers across Uganda, with free delivery on qualifying orders.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings.

• 01By placing an order through our website you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
• 02Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp from our team.
• 03Orders can be cancelled within 6 to 12 hours of being placed. After this window your order will be in preparation for dispatch and cancellation may not be possible.

All prices displayed on our website are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of all applicable charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges may apply for orders outside Kampala and its immediate surrounding areas within 25km of Kibuli. These will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, brand name, logo, and design elements — is the property of Aurumexa. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

Aurumexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products beyond the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, road closures, or delivery partner disruptions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
