Yes. We deliver across all regions of Uganda. For Kampala and surrounding areas we offer same day or next day delivery. For upcountry locations such as Jinja, Mbale, Mbarara, Arua, Gulu, Fort Portal, and similar areas delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Delivery charges vary by location , check our full delivery zones list on the Shipping and Delivery page or WhatsApp us to confirm your area.
You can order directly on this website by adding a watch to your cart and checking out. You can also WhatsApp us directly at +256 726 260081 or +256 786 956054 and our team will process your order manually. Both options come with the same service and full after sales support.
We accept Cash on Delivery for orders within our Kampala delivery zone. For orders beyond the Cash on Delivery zone, payment via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money is required before dispatch.

Delivery is free for orders within the core Kampala areas including Kibuli, Nakawa, Bugolobi, Kololo, Naguru, Ntinda, Kampala CBD, and many more. For areas slightly further out delivery charges range from UGX 2,000 to UGX 15,000 depending on your location. Check our full delivery zones list on the Shipping and Delivery page for your specific area.
For Kampala and surrounding areas orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day. For upcountry locations delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location and available transport connection
Aurumexa Watches does not accept returns or issue refunds. Every watch is individually inspected and verified before it leaves us. The only exception is if your watch arrives genuinely damaged or defective due to a fault during delivery or manufacturing. In that case we will offer an exchange for the same product provided you report the damage within 12 hours of receiving your delivery with clear photos or a video sent to us via WhatsApp.
Yes but only within 6 to 12 hours of placing your order. After this window your order will already be in preparation for dispatch and cancellation may not be possible. To cancel contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +256 726 260081. If your order has already been dispatched a cancellation or return delivery fee of up to UGX 10,000 or more may apply depending on how far the delivery had progressed.
Every watch we sell is sourced directly from certified manufacturers and individually inspected before it is shipped to you. All our watches are made from stainless steel with genuine leather or integrated steel bracelets, quartz movements, and water resistant builds. Every Aurumexa watch comes with a free size adjustment tool and a free Aurumexa branded bag. Box packaging is not included by default but is available as a separate add-on for UGX 15,000. You can add the Aurumexa Watch Box to your order when checking out.
